- vegetable oil - 1 item
- Hidden Valley original Ranch salad dressing mix - 1 pkg
- thawed mixed vegetables - 16 oz
- boneless chicken, thin strips - 1/2 lb
How to make chicken stir-fry:
Heat oil and chicken. Stir in dressing. Mix to coat chicken. brown chicken. Add 16 ounces vegetable oil and 2 tablespoons water. Stir 2 minutes. Makes 4 servings.Recipe categories: Main dish, One Dish meal, Chicken breast.
