- paprika - 1 tsp
- pepper - 1/4 tsp

- can chicken soup - 1 3/4
- buttermilk baking mix - 2 c
- parsley flakes dried - 1 Tbsp
How to make chicken stew with dumplings:
Arrange chicken pieces in a medium size baking dish, thicker pieces facing toward the outer edge of dish. Sprinkle with parsley flakes, paprika, salt and pepper. Cook, covered with waxed paper, in microwave at power level "High" for 19 to 20 minutes. Drain off all liquid. Combine soup and 2/3 cup milk and pour over chicken. Cover and microwave for 6 minutes, stirring once.Mix baking mix and 2/3 cup milk together to form a soft dough. Drop dumplings all around the edge of dish. Microwave, uncovered, for 9 to 10 minutes, or until dumplings are risen and light. Makes 4 to 5 servings. Quick way for chicken and dumplings.
