Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- flour - 3 Tbsp
- boiling water - 4 c
- bay leaf - 1/2 item
- onion, diced - 1 item
- celery, diced - 1/2 c
- chicken - 1 item
- mushrooms - 1/2 c
- stick butter or margarine - 1/2 item
- powdered Parmesan cheese - 1/4 c
- dry chicken noodle soup - 1 pkg
- spaghetti, broken into small pieces - 1/2 lb
How to make chicken spaghetti casserole:
Boil chicken in salted water with bay leaf. Remove from bones and cut into small pieces. Cook spaghetti in the water that you cooked the chicken. Make soup according to package directions for time and amount. Melt butter. Saut?© celery and onion. Add flour; stir constantly. Add soup, chicken, spaghetti and cheese. Put into a greased casserole.
