Chicken spaghetti
Ingredients/Components
- Worcestershire sauce - 4 Tbsp
- can Ro-Tel - 1 item
- large can stewed tomatoes - 1 item
- or 2 chopped onions - 1 item
- boiled, deboned chicken save broth to cook spaghetti in - 1 item
- bottle Mexene chili powder - 1/2 item
- some catsup if too hot - 1 item
How to make chicken spaghetti:
Boil and debone chicken. Cook spaghetti in broth. Pour about 2 tablespoons oil in bottom of Dutch oven or skillet; add onions and saute. Then add about 2 tablespoons flour to thicken sauce. Add tomatoes, Ro-Tel, Worcestershire, chili powder and catsup if desired. Let simmer; pour over spaghetti. Mix well and then enjoy (I hope).
