Chicken spaghetti
Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1 item
- pepper - 1 item
- Worcestershire sauce - 2 Tbsp
- can tomato soup - 1 item
- grated Cheddar cheese - 1 item
- onion, chopped - 1 item
- can mushrooms - 1 item
- hen - 5 lb
- bell pepper, chopped - 1 item
- can mushroom soup - 1 item
- small jar pimento - 1 item
- pieces celery, chopped - 2 item
- box spaghetti vermicelli - 7 oz
How to make chicken spaghetti:
Cook hen with plenty of parsley, onion, celery and seasoning. Cool in broth; cut in bite size pieces. Cook vermicelli according to directions on package. Saute onion, bell pepper, celery and mushrooms.Mix everything together (the hen, the saute and balance of ingredients) in large bowl. Pour into 13 x 9-inch casserole. Sprinkle with grated Cheddar cheese. Bake 30 minutes at 350°. If frozen, remove to refrigerator the night before and start in cold oven.
