Ingredients/Components

- lemon juice - 2 Tbsp
- chopped onion - 1 tsp
- Parmesan cheese
- cooked chicken - 4 c
- almonds - 2/3 c
- mayonnaise - 2/3 c
- chopped celery or frozen peas - 2 c
- cream of chicken soup - 2/3 c
- chopped, hard-boiled eggs - 4 item
- diced cheese - 1 c
- potato chips
How to make chicken salad casserole:
Suggested Toppings:1 c. Parmesan cheese2/3 c. almonds1 1/2 c. potato chips Mix all 9 casserole ingredients together. Put in 9 x 13-inch pan. Put one of the toppings on. Bake at 350° for 20 to 25 Serves 6 to 8. Also, leftovers are good cold.Recipe categories: Main dish, Casseroles, Chicken breast.
