  • chopped onion - 1 tsp
  • Parmesan cheese
  • cooked chicken - 4 c
  • almonds - 2/3 c
  • mayonnaise - 2/3 c
  • chopped celery or frozen peas - 2 c
  • cream of chicken soup - 2/3 c
  • chopped, hard-boiled eggs - 4 item
  • diced cheese - 1 c
  • potato chips

How to make chicken salad casserole:

Suggested Toppings:1 c. Parmesan cheese2/3 c. almonds1 1/2 c. potato chips Mix all 9 casserole ingredients together. Put in 9 x 13-inch pan. Put one of the toppings on. Bake at 350° for 20 to 25 Serves 6 to 8. Also, leftovers are good cold.
