Ingredients/Components
- sour cream - 1/2 c
- lemon juice - 2 tsp
- mayonnaise - 1/2 c
- toasted chopped pecans - 1/2 c
- small jar sliced mushrooms - 1 item
- whole breasts or 1 whole fryer - 3 item
- slices fried bacon, broken up - 4 item
How to make chicken salad:
Cook chicken in boiling salted water until tender, about 45 to 60 minutes. Cool and cut up in small pieces and add all ingredients except bacon. Sprinkle bacon on top. Chill. Serves 4 to 6.Recipe categories: Salads, Chicken, Poultry.
