- chicken, cooked and deboned - 1 item
- pkg - 1 oz
- onion, chopped - 1 item
- bell pepper, chopped - 1 item
- can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
- can Ro-Tel tomatoes and chilies - 1 item
- Velveeta cheese - 8 oz
How to make chicken rotel casserole:
Boil chicken; debone and cut into bite size pieces. Save broth. Cook spaghetti in broth; drain. Saute onion and bell pepper; add all ingredients and pour into 9 x 13 x 2-inch baking dish. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.Recipe categories: Low cholesterol, Low calorie, Main dish.
