Ingredients/Components
- cooked and diced chicken - 4 c
- hard-boiled eggs - 4 item
- cooked rice - 2 c
- lemon juice - 1 Tbsp
- chopped celery
- small onion, chopped - 1 item
- margarine - 1 c
- cans cream of mushroom soup - 2 item
- pkg - 1 oz
- salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
- fine, buttered bread crumbs for top - 1 c
How to make chicken rice casserole:
