Ingredients/Components
- can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
- can cream of mushroom soup - 1 item
- can cream of celery soup - 1 item
- rice - 2 c
- stick margarine or butter - 1/2 item
- Lipton onion soup mix - 1/2 pkg
- chicken breasts or whatever you prefer - 4 item
How to make chicken rice casserole:
Mix rice and the three cans of soup. Place in buttered 13 x 9 x 2-inch casserole dish. Lay chicken on top of rice mixture. Butter the chicken parts, then sprinkle the Lipton onion soup on top of the chicken and rice mixture.Preheat oven to 400°. Bake for 1 hour or until rice is cooked. Makes 6 to 8 servings.
