Chicken pot pie



  • can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
  • can mixed vegetables - 1 item
  • 9-inch frozen pie shells - 2 item
  • small chicken, boiled or 2 or 3 medium breast pieces - 1 item

How to make chicken pot pie:

Allow pie shells to thaw approximately 20 minutes. Prick the bottom crust with a fork. Pick off chicken in small pieces and place into bottom crust. Add the soup and mixed vegetables. Make slits in top crust and then place onto the pie, molding edges of top and bottom crusts together. Bake on cookie sheet at 350° for approximately 30 to 40 minutes until golden brown.

Note: You may wish to prepare two of these at a time. One may be frozen and baked at a later date.
