Ingredients/Components
- diced cooked chicken - 3 c
- diced cooked potatoes
- sliced cooked carrots - 1 c
- cooked peas - 2/3 c
- chopped onion - 2 Tbsp
- plus 1 Tbsp - 1/4 c
- salt - 1 tsp
- pepper - 1/8 tsp
- melted butter - 1/4 c
- chicken broth
How to make chicken pot pie:
Combine chicken and vegetables in a greased shallow 2-quart baking dish. Set aside. Stir flour, salt and pepper into butter. Cook over low heat, stirring constantly until bubbly.
