Ingredients/Components
- milk - 1 c
- stick margarine - 1/2 item
- self-rising flour - 1 c
- cooked chicken - 4 c
- can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
- chicken broth - 1 c
- frozen peas
- can cream of celery soup - 1 item
- small onion, diced - 1 item
- potatoes, cubed
- stalks celery, diced - 3 item
- carrots, cubed
How to make chicken pot pie:
Cook carrots and potatoes for 10 minutes. Put chicken in a 9 x 13-inch dish. Add carrots, potatoes, peas, onion and celery. Mix soups and broth together and pour over chicken. Mix together flour, milk and margarine. Pour over chicken and vegetables. Bake 40 minutes at 350° until brown.Recipe categories: Casseroles, One Dish meal, Savory pies.
