Ingredients/Components

  • milk - 1 c
  • can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
  • salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
  • broth - 2 c
  • stick margarine, melted - 1 item
  • chicken breasts, cooked and deboned - 4 item
  • can peas/carrots, drained - 1 item
  • Bring broth, salt, pepper and chicken soup to a boil

How to make chicken pot pie:

Arrange chicken breasts in a casserole dish. Bring broth, salt, pepper and chicken soup to a boil. Pour over chicken. Scatter peas/carrots on top of all the mixture.Topping:1 c. flour1 c. milk1 stick margarine, melted Mix together and pour over chicken mixture. Bake at 350° for 25 to 30 minutes.
