- milk - 1 c
- can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
- salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
- broth - 2 c
- stick margarine, melted - 1 item
- chicken breasts, cooked and deboned - 4 item
- can peas/carrots, drained - 1 item
- Bring broth, salt, pepper and chicken soup to a boil
How to make chicken pot pie:
Arrange chicken breasts in a casserole dish. Bring broth, salt, pepper and chicken soup to a boil. Pour over chicken. Scatter peas/carrots on top of all the mixture.Topping:1 c. flour1 c. milk1 stick margarine, melted Mix together and pour over chicken mixture.
