Ingredients/Components
- milk
- dried thyme - 1/4 tsp
- pepper - 1/4 tsp
- salt - 1/4 tsp
- cooked, cut-up vegetables broccoli, cauliflower, carrots, peas, potatoes - 4 c
- cubed, cooked chicken or turkey - 2 c
- biscuits make or use canned - 1 item
How to make chicken pot pie:
Combine soup, milk and spices in a 3 quart baking dish. Stir in chicken and vegetables. Bake 15 minutes at 400° until mixture begins to bubble.Make biscuits or use canned. Arrange over hot chicken mixture. Bake about 15 to 20 minutes or until biscuits are golden brown. Makes 6 to 7 servings.
