- can Italian tomatoes, chopped - 28 oz
How to make chicken pizzola:
Place cut up chicken, skin side up, in a 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan. Slightly drain tomatoes and mix with remaining ingredients. Pour over chicken. Bake at 375° for 1 hour. Turn and sprinkle 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese. Bake another 1 hour.Recipe categories: Lunch/snacks, Chicken, Main dish.
