- egg - 1 item
- margarine - 2 Tbsp
- catsup - 1/4 c
- Parmesan cheese, grated - 4 tsp
- dried oregano - 1/4 tsp
- chicken breasts - 4 item
- slices Mozzarella cheese - 4 item
- dry seasoned bread crumbs - 1/2 c
How to make chicken pizzaiola:
Skin and debone chicken breasts, flatten to 1/4-inch thick. Dip chicken in well-beaten egg; coat well in bread crumbs. Slowly saute in margarine until lightly browned. Combine catsup and oregano; spread one tablespoon on each chicken breast. SprinkRecipe categories: Chicken, Main dish, Poultry.
