Chicken pineapple salad



Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1/8 tsp
- raisins - 1/3 c
- Dijon mustard - 1 Tbsp
- curry powder - 3/4 tsp
- mayonnaise - 2/3 c
- slivered almonds - 1/3 c
- can pineapple chunks - 1 (8
- cooked chicken, cooled - 4 c
- celery, thinly sliced - 1/4 c
- green onion - 2 Tbsp
- lettuce - 1 item
How to make chicken pineapple salad:
Combine 2 tablespoons juice from pineapple with mayonnaise, mustard, curry powder and salt. Set aside. Cut chicken into small pieces and mix with celery, green onion, almonds and raisins. Add mayonnaise mixture and blend well. Refrigerate 1 hour. Serve with lettuce and pineapple.Recipe categories: Lunch/snacks, Pineapple, Tropical fruits.
