  • milk - 1 c
  • Bisquick - 1 c
  • pepper - 1 item
  • onion salt - 1 item
  • chicken breasts - 4 item
  • cans cream of chicken soup - 2 item
  • broth
  • mixed vegetables - 16 oz

How to make chicken pie:

Boil chicken breasts for approximately 45 minutes to 1 hour. Boil mixed vegetables until tender. Separate chicken after cooling in greased Pyrex dish. Drain vegetables. Then spread vegetables over chicken, onion salt and pepper. Mix 2 cans of cream of chicken soup and 1 1/4 cups of broth. Spread over chicken and vegetables.

Mix Bisquick and milk (topping). Spread over casserole. Bake uncovered for 35 to 40 minutes at 425° to 450°.
