- stick margarine - 1 item
- buttermilk - 1 c
- self-rising flour - 1 c
- can cream of celery soup - 1 item
- pepper to taste - 1 item
- salt to taste - 1 item
- broth - 2 c
- can cream of chicken/mushroom soup - 1 item
How to make chicken pie:
Place chicken in 9 x 13-inch dish. Heat broth and soups; pour over chicken.Topping: Mix buttermilk with self-rising flour. Pour over soup mixture. Melt margarine and pour over flour mixture. Salt and pepper to taste. Bake at 350° for 45 minutes.
