Ingredients/Components
- stick margarine - 1 item
- buttermilk - 1 c
- self-rising flour - 1 c
- can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
- chicken broth - 2 c
- chicken, cooked and boned - 1 item
How to make chicken pie:
Place cut up chicken in a 9 x 13-inch baking dish. Mix broth and soup. Pour over chicken. Melt margarine. Add to flour and buttermilk. Mix well and pour over chicken. Salt and pepper to taste. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes or until brown.Recipe categories: Chicken, Poultry, Meat.
