Chicken pasta salad
Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 3 Tbsp
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- salad oil - 1/2 c
- pepper - 1/4 tsp
- soy sauce - 1/3 c
- white wine vinegar - 1/3 c
- sesame seed - 1/4 c
- slivered almonds - 1/4 c
- bunch spinach - 1 item
- thinly sliced green onion - 1/2 c
- rotini - 6 oz
- cooked and shredded chicken breast - 3 c
How to make chicken pasta salad:
Heat 1/4 cup oil in skillet with sesame seed and almonds until almonds are brown. Cool. Add the rest of the oil, soy sauce, vinegar, sugar, salt and pepper. Stir until sugar dissolves. Pour mixture over cooked noodles and chicken. Mix well. Refrigerate overnight. Add greens just before serving.Recipe categories: Salads, Chicken, Main dish.
