- egg - 1 item
- shredded mozzarella cheese - 1/4 item
- boneless skinless chicken breasts - 4 item
- c water - 1/2 item
- Tbsp grated Parmesan cheese - 2 item
- Tbsp butter, melted - 1 item
- Tbsp olive oil - 2 item
- oz uncooked spaghetti - 8 item
- c bread crumbs or crackers - 1/2 item
- tsp basil of thyme leaves - 1 item
- - 14 oz jar marinara sauce - 1 item
How to make chicken parmigiana:
Cook spaghetti noodles as directed. In small bowl, combine bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese, basil and butter. In another small bowl, beat egg with fork.
