  • milk - 1/2 c
  • olive oil - 2 Tbsp
  • Italian seasoned bread crumbs - 1/3 c
  • Mozzarella cheese, grated - 1 c
  • skinned and boned chicken breasts halves - 6 item
  • can Italian stewed tomatoes, chopped - 1 1/2
  • small can tomato sauce mix with tomatoes - 1 item

How to make chicken parmigiana:

Dip chicken in milk; dredge in bread crumbs; set aside. Heat olive oil in large skillet over medium heat until hot; add chicken and cook 4 minutes on each side or until golden brown. Remove from skillet and place chicken in baking dish. Pour sauce over chicken, top with cheese and bake at 350° until cheese begins to turn golden brown (15 minutes).
