- butter - 1 Tbsp
- pepper - 1/8 tsp
- oregano
- basil - 1/4 tsp
- grated Mozzarella - 1/3 c
- grated Parmesan - 1/2 c
- olive oil - 1/2 c
- tomato sauce - 2 c
- seasoned salt - 1/2 tsp
- eggs, slightly beaten - 2 item
- plain bread crumbs - 1 c
- chicken breast fillets, halved - 4 item
How to make chicken parmesan:
Heat oven to 325°. Pound chicken breasts until 1/4-inch thick. Combine eggs, salt and pepper. Dip chicken in egg mixture. Combine bread crumbs, seasoned salt, pepper and oregano; dip chicken into crumbs. Heat oil on medium-high. Quickly brown cRecipe categories: Chicken, Main dish, Poultry.
