Ingredients/Components
- milk - 2 Tbsp
- large egg - 1 item
- all-purpose flour - 3 Tbsp
- paprika - 1 tsp
- Parmesan cheese - 1/2 c
- salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
- boneless chicken breasts - 4 item
- stick margarine, melted - 1 item
How to make chicken parmesan:
Combine egg with milk. Whip gently. Combine flour, cheese, paprika, salt and pepper. Dip rinsed and dried chicken breasts individually into egg mixture and then roll in cheese mixture.Place chicken into greased baking pan. Drizzle with melted margarine. Bake in a 375° oven for approximately 45 minutes. Chicken should be completely done, but not overcooked and dry. Watch closely.
