Chicken parmesan



  • salt - 1/2 tsp
  • egg, beaten - 1 item
  • garlic powder - 1/4 tsp
  • Parmesan cheese - 1/2 c
  • chicken, cut up - 3 3
  • cornflake crumbs - 1/3 c

How to make chicken parmesan:

Dip chicken pieces into egg and roll in mixture of crumbs, cheese, garlic and salt. Coat well. Arrange chicken in microwavable 2-quart dish with larger pieces at corners, skin side up. Cook 20 to 25 minutes (or until chicken is done and tender) in microwave/convection oven at 7 Combination power or at 425° for 45 minutes in oven.
