How to make chicken parmesan:
In a shallow dish, combine stuffing mix, Parmesan cheese, parsley and garlic powder; set aside. Skin chicken; rinse and pat dry. Brush chicken with margarine; coat with stuffing mixture. In greased 15 x 10 x 1-inch or 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking pan, arrange pieces so they don't touch. Bake, uncovered, at 375° for 45 to 55 minutes or until tender and no longer pink.
