Chicken parmesan
Ingredients/Components
- deboned, skinless chicken breasts - 4 item
- jar spaghetti sauce - 1 item
- package angel hair pasta - 1 item
- finely grated parmesan and mozzarella cheese - 1 package
How to make chicken parmesan:
Coat chicken in Cavender's and saut?© in skillet sprayed with Pam over medium heat until done (approx. 15 minutes or until juices run clear). Remove from heat. While chicken is cooking, heat spaghetti sauce in a separate pan. Cook pasta according to package directions and drain. Then toss with margarine to keep from drying out. Place on serving portion of pasta on each plate. Place a chicken breast on top of pasta. Spoon about 1/4 cup of sauce over each and immediately sprinkle with grated cheeses.
