Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1 tsp
- flour - 3 Tbsp
- water - 1 c
- vinegar - 1 c
- beaten eggs - 3 item
- frozen peas - 3 c
- mustard - 1 tsp
- salad dressing - 1 item
- mayonnaise - 1 item
- salt to taste - 1 item
- diced celery
- sharp Cheddar cheese - 2 c
- cubed chicken - 8 c
- onions, grated - 2 Tbsp
- jars pimento - 2 item
- cans shoestring potatoes - 2 item
- small macaroni shells, cooked and drained - 10 c
- or 5 eggs, diced - 4 item
- Just before serving, add the shoestring potatoes
How to make chicken or turkey salad:
Combine the ingredients, except shoestring potatoes. Just before serving, add the shoestring potatoes.Salad Dressing:2 c. sugar3 Tbsp. flour1 tsp. mustard1 tsp. salt1 c. water1 c. vinegar3 beaten eggs mayonnaise Mix eggs and dry ingredients; add to water and vinegar.
