- stalks celery, chopped - 4 item
- bay leaves - 4 item
- carrots, chopped - 5 item
- water to cover - 1 item
- to 4 chicken breasts - 3 item
- to 3 potatoes, cubed - 2 item
- your favorite noodles - 2 3
How to make chicken noodle soup:
Simmer chicken breasts in water for 2 to 3 hours (also add salt, pepper, garlic and bay leaves). Remove chicken, remove skin, debone and shred into chunks. Add chicken and vegetables to water and simmer for 1 1/2 to 2 hours. Add the noodles during the last 15 minutes to allow them to cook until tender.Recipe categories: Soups & stews, Chicken, Pasta.
