Chicken noodle soup
Ingredients/Components
- milk
- flour - 2 c
- water - 1 c
- egg - 1 item
- vegetables - 1 item
- homemade noodles - 1 item
- chicken broth fresh or canned - 1 item
- cream of chicken soup, diluted - 1 item
- cooked pieces of chicken - 1 item
How to make chicken noodle soup:
Use large pot. Add 1 cup water and chicken broth. Bring to boil. Add noodles one at a time (not all at once or you might have a blob!). Cook until tender. Add diluted cream of chicken soup and cooked pieces of chicken. Simmer slowly for 30 minutes or longer. If soup gets too thick add more water, a little at a time, and stir.Vegetables can be added during the simmering, carrots, frozen peas. Store bought noodles can be used.
