Ingredients/Components
- frozen peas - 1 pkg
- chicken breasts, skinned - 3 item
- fresh mushrooms - 1 item
- frozen artichoke hearts - 1 pkg
- alfredo sauce - 1 pkg
- wide egg noodles - 1 pkg
How to make chicken noodle casserole:
Cut chicken in bite size pieces and saute in butter. Slice mushrooms and saute in butter. Cook artichoke hearts according to directions on package; chop. Boil noodles according to package directions and drain. Add all ingredients. Do not cook peas. Pour all ingredients in 9 x 13-inch pan. Sprinkle top with grated Parmesan cheese and grated Cheddar cheese. Bake in 350° oven for 25 to 30 minutes, until cheese melts.Recipe categories: Chicken, Main dish, Casseroles.
