Chicken noodle casserole
Ingredients/Components
- sour cream - 1 Tbsp
- salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
- whole milk - 1/2 c
- cream of celery soup - 1 item
- or 3 chicken breasts - 2 item
- grated cheese Colby - 1 item
How to make chicken noodle casserole:
Heat oven to 375°. Cook chicken breasts until tender. Cook noodles. Cut chicken into small pieces. Drain noodles. Combine soup and milk.Mix all ingredients, excluding cheese, in a buttered casserole dish. Sometimes more milk is added to gain a nice soupy casserole. Sprinkle cheese on top.
Bake at 375° for 30 minutes or until dish begins to bubble well; or microwave for 10 minutes.
