Ingredients/Components
- sugar
- salt
- all-purpose flour
- salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
- minced garlic
- sliced mushrooms
- Wesson oil
- boneless, skinless chicken breasts - 4 item
- sliced onions
- Marsala wine
How to make chicken marsala:
Season chicken with salt and pepper; coat lightly with flour. In large skillet in hot oil, lightly brown chicken on both sides; remove and set aside. Add mushrooms, onions and garlic to skillet; cook and stir until tender. Stir in remaining ingredients. Return chicken to skillet; spoon sauce over to coat.
