  • water - 1/2 c
  • cut up chicken - 1 item
  • envelope Good Seasons Italian salad dressing mix - 1 item

How to make chicken marinade:

Arrange chicken, skin side down, in nonmetal bowl. Stir salad dressing mix into water and pour over chicken. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Shake excess marinade from chicken, then coat as directed on package. Bake at 400° for 40 to 50 minutes, or until tender.
