Ingredients/Components

  • red wine vinegar - 1/2 c
  • soy sauce - 1 c
  • pineapple juice - 4 c
  • granulated garlic - 2 tsp
  • cooking sherry
  • ??? sugar - 3/4 item

How to make chicken marinade:

Place all wet ingredients into a plastic container. Stir in all dry ingredients. Soak chicken, skin side up, 12 to 24 hours. Char-broil.
