- milk - 1/2 c
- chopped onion - 1/4 c
- chopped green pepper - 1/4 c
- mayonnaise - 1/3 c
- can cream of mushroom soup - 1 item
- can mushrooms - 1 item
- sharp Cheddar cheese, grated - 1 c
- cooked, diced chicken - 2 c
- elbow macaroni uncooked - 2 c
- chopped pimiento optional - 1/4 c
How to make chicken-macaroni casserole:
Cook macaroni until done. Combine ingredients, adding chicken last. Bake, covered, at 350° for 45 minutes. Uncover and continue baking for another 15 minutes.Recipe categories: Pasta, Main dish, Elbow macaroni.
