  • paprika - 1 tsp
  • mushrooms, sliced - 1/2 lb
  • chopped green onions - 1/3 c
  • thyme - 1 item
  • cognac - 1/4 c
  • dill weed
  • chicken livers - 1 lb
  • clove garlic, pressed - 1 item
  • drops Tabasco - 3 item
  • dry mustard to taste - 1 item
  • white wine vermouth is very nice - 1/3 c

How to make chicken liver pate:

Optional:1/4 tsp. dill weed thyme dry mustard to taste3 drops Tabasco1 tsp. salt1/4 c. cognac Saute 1/4 cup butter, the chicken livers, mushrooms and onions. Add wine and seasonings. Cover and cook slowly 10 minutes longer. Cool. Blend in ble
