Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- pepper - 1/8 tsp
- grated Parmesan cheese - 1/3 c
- chopped onion - 1/4 c
- parsley flakes - 1/2 tsp
- shredded Cheddar cheese - 1/4 c
- basil - 1/2 tsp
- shredded Mozzarella cheese - 1/2 c
- carton cottage cheese - 1 oz
- cloves minced garlic - 2 item
- can whole tomatoes, undrained and chopped - 1 oz
- cooking spray - 1 item
- oregano flakes - 1/2 tsp
- cooked lasagna noodles - 6 item
- boneless, skinless chicken breasts, chopped - 2 (4
How to make chicken lasagna:
Coat skillet with cooking spray. Saute onion and garlic for 2 minutes. Add chicken, parsley, oregano, basil, salt, pepper and tomatoes. Bring to a boil; reduce heat and simmer 15 minutes.Coat a 10 x 6 x 2-inch baking dish with cooking spray. Place 3 noodles in dish. Layer 1/2 of cottage cheese, Mozzarella cheese, chicken mixture and Parmesan cheese. Repeat layers. Cover and bake at 350° for 25 minutes. Remove cover; sprinkle with Cheddar cheese. Bake an additional 5 minutes; makes 6 servings.
