Chicken in sour cream
Ingredients/Components
- sour cream - 2 c
- butter, melted - 1/2 c
- paprika - 2 tsp
- clove garlic, minced - 1 item
- Worcestershire sauce - 4 tsp
- bread crumbs - 3/4 c
- fresh lemon juice - 1/4 c
- celery salt - 2 tsp
- chicken breasts, split and skinned - 3 item
How to make chicken in sour cream:
Combine sour cream and all spices and seasonings. Add chicken pieces and coat well. Marinate in refrigerator overnight, covered. When ready to cook, remove pieces of chicken from the sauce and roll in the bread crumbs. Arrange in large baking dish. Sprinkle with melted butter. Bake uncovered at 350° for 45 minutes or until done. Serve.Note: Excellent also served cold for picnic.
