Ingredients/Components
- dried apricots - 1 item
- orange juice - 1 item
- green onion - 1 item
- pepper and salt optional - 1 item
- skinless, boneless chicken breasts one per serving - 1 item
- basil and/or rosemary one or both - 1 item
How to make chicken in foil:
For each individual serving of chicken, arrange on a large piece of aluminum foil: chicken breast and 1 tablespoon orange juice. Sprinkle generously with rosemary and/or basil. Sprinkle with chopped green onion. Place 3 to 5 chopped (cut with kitchen shears) apricots. Add salt and pepper to taste.Fold foil carefully and thoroughly to prevent leakage. Place on jelly roll pan. Bake 30 minutes.
