  • small onion - 1 item
  • small carrot - 1 item
  • potatoes, sliced - 3 item
  • few mushrooms canned - 1 item
  • stock or water - 2 c
  • salt and pepper to taste - 1 item

How to make chicken in casserole:

Arrange all ingredients in casserole and cook for about 2 hours in slow oven (325°). Serves 4.
