Ingredients/Components
- fine dry bread crumbs - 3/4 c
- grated Parmesan cheese - 1/2 c
- minced parsley - 3 Tbsp
- salt
- pepper - 1/4 tsp
- melted butter - 3/4 c
- clove garlic, crushed - 3/4 item
- chicken breasts, skinless and boneless - 3 item
- juice of 1 1/2 lemons
- dash of paprika - 1 item
How to make chicken imperial:
Blend crumbs, cheese, parsley, salt and pepper. Combine garlic and butter. Dip chicken in butter mixture; then roll into crumbs, coating thoroughly. Roll each piece into firm roll; skewer with a toothpick. Arrange in a baking pan. Squeeze lemon juice over chicken; drizzle remaining butter over top. Sprinkle with paprika.
