Chicken fried rice
Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1/2 tsp
- salad oil - 3 Tbsp
- ground ginger - 1/4 tsp
- mushrooms, sliced - 1/4 lb
- reduced sodium soy sauce - 3 Tbsp
- diced, cooked chicken - 2 c
- diagonally sliced green onions - 2 c
- cooked white medium grain rice - 3 c
How to make chicken fried rice:
In large heavy skillet or wok, cook chicken, onions and mushrooms in oil over high heat, stirring constantly for 5 minutes or until mushrooms are golden. Add remaining ingredients and cook 3 minutes longer until heated through and well blended. Makes 4 to 6 servings.Recipe categories: Side dish, Chicken, Main dish.
