- whole chicken breasts deboned - 3 item
- buttermilk - 1 c
- eggs - 2 item
- flour - 1 item
- salt and pepper - 1 item
How to make chicken fingers:
Cut chicken breasts into strips (about 3 strips per 1/2 breast). Salt and pepper each piece. Mix together the buttermilk and eggs and place the cut chicken into this mixture. Let stand 15 to 20 minutes. Then roll each strip in flour and deep fry or pan fry until golden brown.Recipe categories: Chicken, Poultry, Meat.
