Ingredients/Components
- milk - 1 c
- sour cream - 2 c
- salt - 1 tsp
- flour - 1/4 c
- butter - 1/4 c
- lemon juice - 1/3 c
- paprika - 1 tsp
- pepper - 1 tsp
- chopped celery - 1/2 c
- chicken broth - 1 c
- chopped onions - 1/2 c
- fettuccine, cooked and drained - 5 oz
- cayenne pepper - 1/2 tsp
- grated Monterey Jack cheese
- jar pimentos - 1 oz
- frozen spinach, cooked and drained - 1 pkg
- jar mushrooms, drained - 1 oz
- large chicken, cooked and boned - 1 item
How to make chicken fettuccine casserole:
Melt butter, add flour, stirring constantly. Add milk and chicken broth and continue stirring and cook until thickened. Add remaining ingredients, except cheese.
