Ingredients/Components
- butter - 2 3
- can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
- chicken broth - 1 c
- medium onion - 1 item
- can cream of mushroom soup - 1 item
- grated Cheddar cheese - 1 lb
- corn tortillas - 1 pkg
- chicken, cooked, deboned and chopped - 1 item
- small can chopped green chillies - 1 item
How to make chicken enchiladas:
Brown onion in butter. Add remaining ingredients (except cheese) and heat in large skillet on stove. Place layer of tortillas, sauce and cheese in a 9 x 13-inch casserole dish. Repeat. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes uncovered.Recipe categories: Chicken, Main dish, Poultry.
