Chicken enchiladas
Ingredients/Components
- chicken breasts - 4 item
- flour tortillas - 10 item
- can green chilies - 1 item
- chopped onion - 1/2 c
- Mozzarella cheese
- small carton sour cream - 1 item
- cans cream of chicken soup - 2 item
How to make chicken enchiladas:
Cook chicken and then chop into small pieces. Mix with 1 can of soup and green chilies. Spread small amount onto each tortilla, then sprinkle little cheese and onion on top of mixture; roll. Stack in a 9 x 13-inch pan and add soup and sour cream mixture on top. Bake at 350° for 30 to 35 minutes.
