Ingredients/Components

  • chicken breasts - 4 item
  • flour tortillas - 10 item
  • can green chilies - 1 item
  • chopped onion - 1/2 c
  • Mozzarella cheese
  • small carton sour cream - 1 item
  • cans cream of chicken soup - 2 item

How to make chicken enchiladas:

Cook chicken and then chop into small pieces. Mix with 1 can of soup and green chilies. Spread small amount onto each tortilla, then sprinkle little cheese and onion on top of mixture; roll. Stack in a 9 x 13-inch pan and add soup and sour cream mixture on top. Bake at 350° for 30 to 35 minutes. Add remaining cheese on top the last few minutes of baking.
