Ingredients/Components
- c sour cream - 1/2 item
- tsp chili powder - 1 item
- flour tortillas 8-inch - 8 item
- tbsp margarine or butter - 1 item
- medium onion, chopped about 1/2 c - 1 item
- c chopped cooked chicken or turkey - 2 item
- c about 4 oz chopped green chilies - 1 item
- c shredded Cheddar or Monterey Jack cheese - 1 item
How to make chicken enchiladas:
In small bowl mix soap and sour cream. In medium saucepan over medium heat, heat margarine. Add onion and chili powder. Cook until tender. Add chicken, chilies and 2 tbsp soup mixture. Spread 1/2 c soup mixture in 2 qt shallow baking dish. Along one sRecipe categories: Chicken, Main dish, Poultry.
